Spike was born Jeremy Cohen in Baltimore, the son of Harvey and Trish Cohen. Both Harvey and Trish have experience in real estate sales all over the country. At the age of five, Spike moved to Myrtle Beach. Now that he's here, there is no other place he would rather live!
While still in high school, Spike started his own company, spikecohen.com Inc., whose focus was Website Development, Consumer Electronics Sales and Computer Repair. This business taught Spike the basics of sales and marketing, as well as the value of making the customer happy, and most importantly, keeping the customer happy.
In 2004, after years of careful consideration, Spike made the long-awaited decision to enter the world of Real Estate in the Grand Strand. Since then, Spike has helped his clients to find valuable investment properties, buy vacation homes and re-locate to the Beach!
